Our last photo with Hannah

I've debated sharing this photo. It's such a public forum and such a private moment. However, there has been nothing private about Hannah's life. She's maybe unfortunately had a mother who is an open book and talks too much sometimes. I do feel like because I was open and I did share her she was blessed beyond measure with so many people who loved her.

Hannah passed away in our arms at 5:15 today. Koolio was there but the nurse didn't capture him in the photo. He licked her feet until the end in true Koolio fashion. LOL!

Thank you for being part of our girls life. I know I should be sleeping and I promise I'm going to try but...well, those of you that know me...sleep has never been a part of my vocabulary since the day Hannah was born.

I'll let you know about funeral arrangements when I can. Love you all and thanks for everything!

Dear Marcey, David, Zachary and Kyle-
we are holding you all in our hearts and prayers during this difficult time. Hannah is an angel that was sent to us all and knowing her, even if for such a short time, was a true blessing to all of us. Thank you for sharing her with us . Eventhough we just met you not long ago, you all have such a dear and cherished place in our hearts. Hannah will be with us always and we know that God will wrap his arms around her and make her smile once again.

Struggling to find the right words and have decided there are none. During this time we have been neighbors, I have enjoyed watching Hannah when she has had the opportunity to play outside. Which was not often. It always brought joy to my heart to see how every little movement outside caught her eye. Her brothers, Kyle and Zack, were always so sweet to her and you could see how they all love each other. I remember one day when a small leaf blew across the grass and what joy she found in that. Anyone who has had the chance to be near her has been blessed. She was an angel on Earth and now in Heaven. Francis Woodard and family.
